- Manage Food & Labor Costs
Monitor and improve COGS and labor performance across all units. Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support Daily Operations
Conduct kitchen visits and site audits. Troubleshoot operational issues, ensure compliance, and provide tactical support where needed.
- Foster Culture & Communication
Serve as a role model for hospitality, professionalism, and inclusivity. Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and connection across all levels.
- Contribute to Growth & Development
Support new location openings, system upgrades, and culinary infrastructure initiatives that enable Left Bank Brasserie to scale.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of culinary leadership experience, including in high-volume, fine dining kitchens.
- Experience leading multiple kitchens or overseeing brand-level culinary strategy in a multi-unit environment.
- Proven success building systems and leading teams within both large hospitality groups and smaller, creative operations.
- Native fluency in both English and Spanish; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong command of food and labor cost controls, kitchen operations, and menu engineering.
- Track record of developing talent, fostering team culture, and leading by example.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
Role Expectations:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling between Bay Area locations.
- Available to work 50–55 hours/week including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in high-heat environments typical of professional kitchens.
Compensation & Opportunity
This is a full-time, exempt leadership position offering a competitive base salary range of $135,000 – $150,000, plus a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
